Grant began his real estate career when he moved to Queenstown in 1993.
He has experienced every market change during his 26+ years in the industry and believes this is where experience and knowledge really counts.
Grant says that working in the local property market requires a sound knowledge of all aspects of the area, a good relationship with the locals and an honest reputation.
“I am very proud of my 26 years of sales history within our area, and have had sales of over $17 million worth of properties over the past 10 months. Formerly of Invercargill, Grant’s love of the Wakatipu and the wonderful lifestyle on offer is what drew him to the area. He lives in Kelvin Heights with his wife Deborah, who owned and operated Collective Hair Salon for 22 years.
Grant was the chairman and the driving forces behind the inaugural Queenstown Auto Extravaganza Car Show which was a fund raiser for the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
Grant was a senior sales consultant with Locations Realty that is now Bayleys Real Estate.
